Lapland Hotels Pallas features 63 accommodation options, including hotel and hiking rooms. The hiking and family rooms are in the original log wood section. Traditional family room-like suites, some hiking rooms, and the newest accommodation options, which can combine two rooms, are on the first floor. Standard Twin Rooms (10 square meters) have two separate beds and are on the ground floor, with an option for an extra bed. Family Rooms with bunk beds are in the original log-built part and include two bunk beds. Twin Rooms (15 square meters) on the first floor have two separate beds and a dryer closet for clothes. Family Rooms with one bedroom feature two beds in the bedroom and beds for two in the living room. All rooms include a shower, WC, and TV. Wi-Fi is available. Pet-friendly rooms are available for an extra fee of 20 € per accommodation; check availability with the hotel.

Restaurant Pallas offers a breakfast buffet and an à la carte menu designed by Tatu Ollila, Young Chef of the Year 2024. The log restaurant seats 150 and features copper reindeer bell lamps from the old Pallas hotel. The restaurant hall and cabinet display paintings by local artist Veli Koljonen. A three-course local menu showcases ingredients from the North. The restaurant has a wine cellar featuring Champagne (from 124 € /75 cl), sparkling wines (from 52 € / 75 cl), white wines (from 39 € / 75 cl), rosé wine (from 50 € / 75 cl), and red wines (from 39 € / 75 cl). Café Romance, a well-known spot in the ski resort, is accessible via the front lift or a track from the hotel. The intimate hut near the front lift is open during ski lift hours, serving as a place for warming up and dining.

Lapland Hotels Pallas features a Ski Center with slopes for skiing. The hotel also offers daily ski trips led by The Owls of Pallas. There are tracks of 3km, 5km and 10km which are maintained by the hotel staff. The mechanically maintained track network extends to 200 km. Public saunas are heated daily when the hotel is open, with separate facilities for men and women (8 € / bath for non-guests). Hiking routes include the Hetta-Pallas connection, the Vatikuru nature path (3 km), the Pyhäjoki nature path (3.5 km), the Taivaskero round trip (9 km), and the Palkaskero round trip (7 km). Guests can use the lean-to (available through booking at the Nature Center) for campfires. The hotel's own lean-to is open during the ski season.

Lapland Hotels Pallas is 70 km from Kittila. From Kolari Railway Station (100 km away), take road E8 towards Muonio, then road 79 towards Rovaniemi. From the south via road 79, drive 50 km past Kittilä to Särkijärvi, then follow signs to Pallas. From Tornio, take road 79 from Muonio towards Rovaniemi, then follow signs to Pallastunturi. The hotel is near Pyhäjoki (5 km), Taivaskero (3 km), and Pallaskero (3 km). The hotel is near the coastline of Pallasjärvi lake. The hotel provides free parking in the yard, with dedicated spaces with heating outlets for each apartment. Two electric car parking spaces are available for 20 € per transaction (bring your own Type 2 cable).
